Tom's speaking engagements include, most recently,

DECISIONS
Tom represented an individual client in the Illinois Supreme Court who successfully challenged the dismissal of her case for misappropriation of pension assets.
Tom represented Plaintiff Palantir.net, Inc. in successfully obtaining a trademark preliminary injunction in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Tom represented Architect Marshall Strabala in obtaining a dismissal of a trademark/unfair competition lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
